Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive zonal sales targets (volume, value & distribution).
  • Manage and expand the distributor network with strong ROI control.
  • Lead and mentor regional/area sales teams for market execution.
  • Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of primary/secondary sales & forecasts.
  • Drive channel expansion and ensure smooth product launches.
  • Build strong trade relationships across key markets in the South.

Candidate Profile:

  • 12-18 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably managing South India.
  • Strong expertise in distributor management, sales & territory growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively across the region.
