Job Description
Role Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving IT Services sales and business development activities in the USA for the assigned territory. The target segments that HealthAsyst focusses on include but are not limited to ISVs, healthcare systems, and all Software product organizations building solutions for the HealthCare space, across the US, Canada & Western Europe geography. Ideal candidates will have experience selling Healthcare focused IT services to the US or European market and will drive Company s initiative in new customer acquisition and meeting revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Build domain knowledge:
- Develops a good understanding of the healthcare domain.
- Keep abreast of Industry challenges and regulatory trends.
- Keep abreast of how IT is being leveraged in healthcare.
Strategies and Go to Market planning:
- Analyzes competition landscape and participates in evaluating how differentiated offerings can be made based on customer needs.
- Help in evaluating channel options.
- Help in evaluating partnership opportunities to penetrate the markets.
- Help evaluate if any solutions can be built around which we can build IT services.
Sales and Revenue generation responsibilities
- Takes a consultative approach to solving real business problems.
- Leverage company solutions wherever it feasible to get a competitive edge.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales process including prospecting, on-site/virtual presentations, proposal responses, client workshops, follow-ups, and closing the deals.
- Presents Companys services and value proposition to potential clients in an effective and concise manner.
- Manages client objections, negotiations, and closures effectively, demonstrating value without compromising on margins.
- Meets or exceeds sales objectives providing independent coverage of assigned territories focused on winning net new logos.
Monitor execution and ensure customer satisfaction:
- Collaborates with delivery and ensure successful delivery of services and high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues with the customer especially during the initial one year after the relationship is started.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, being their trusted advisor.
- Provides regular feedback to Companys management regarding market conditions and potential new business opportunities.

Entry Requirements
Qualification
Master s Degree, preferred concentration in marketing, sales, and business development.
Span of Experience
- An aggressive sales hunter with good experience in the IT Services market with experience of 9-10 years
Required Work Experience
- Hands-on experience in each of the areas mentioned under Responsibilities .
