Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate Xportel’s products/services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and events as required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in international or domestic logistics is a must.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
