Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and demonstrate Xportel’s products/services to clients in a clear and compelling manner. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Attend client meetings, presentations, and events as required. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in international or domestic logistics is a must. Proven experience in sales or a related role is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
