Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure customer success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4–7 years of successful sales experience is preferable
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
