Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **IT Sales Executive** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our range of IT products and services. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, client relationship skills, and strong sales acumen.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

* Understand client needs and provide suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).

* Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients and prospects.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

* Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

* Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

* Proven track record in B2B IT sales (minimum 1–3 years preferred).

* Strong knowledge of IT products/services such as software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, or networking.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

* Experience selling SaaS or enterprise IT solutions.

* Technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.

* Familiarity with the local/regional IT market.
