About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Salesman to join our team, specializing in Ladies Salwar Suits. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and assist them in product selection.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ladies’ ethnic wear, fabrics, styles, and trends.
• Manage the display and presentation of merchandise to maximize sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service professionally.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Support billing and packaging as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales of ladies salwar suits / ethnic wear.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good sense of fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock updates.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Education:

Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (Graduation preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,076.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month
