Manage channel partnerships and dealer/distributor networks , ensuring proper training, engagement, and performance tracking. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis to refine product positioning and business strategy. Track and analyze marketing KPIs including lead-to-conversion rates, campaign ROI, and regional performance metrics.
