Role & responsibilities Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in alignment with company objectives. Identify and build relationships with key B2B clients in sectors such as solar EPC, telecom, commercial & industrial (C&I), microgrids, and EV infrastructure. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to design customer-centric solutions tailored to energy storage needs. Lead the development of marketing collaterals, case studies, product presentations, and digital campaigns to drive visibility and lead generation. Manage channel partnerships and dealer/distributor networks , ensuring proper training, engagement, and performance tracking. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis to refine product positioning and business strategy. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote brand awareness and product leadership in the energy storage space. Track and analyze marketing KPIs including lead-to-conversion rates, campaign ROI, and regional performance metrics. Support the sales and business development teams with high-quality inbound and outbound marketing support. Collaborate with top management on strategic planning, product roadmap alignment , and market expansion initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and new technologies relevant to BESS and energy storage ecosystems. Preferred candidate profile 1) Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, business development, or sales within the battery, energy storage, UPS/inverter, or renewable energy sectors. 2) Industry Background: Power/Energy, Electrical Equipment, Renewable Energy, or Telecom Power Solutions. 3) Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business; MBA/PGDM preferred. 4) Skills: Strong B2B marketing and GTM strategy experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive business growth. 5) Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Marketing Manager (Solar Commercial & Industrial) ahmedabad 2 - 7 years INR 5.0 - 15.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar segment, including rooftop and ground-mounted projects. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, industrial associations, consultants, and decision-makers. Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, and contract closure. Coordinate with the engineering/technical team for accurate proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the companys offerings. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management review. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering / MBA in Marketing / related field. Experience: 2 - 7 years in B2B marketing or sales roles within the renewable energy sector (solar/wind), with preference for candidates experienced in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial and commercial solar projects, EPC solutions, project execution processes, and regulatory frameworks. Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels (B2B/B2C). Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong client relationships at all organizational levels. Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with market awareness and problem-solving ability. Work Style: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
