Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the solar EPC sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, government agencies, and industry partners.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and project quotations.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
