Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager EPC located in Morbi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for EPC projects, from initial client contact to contract negotiation and closing. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with various internal departments to ensure project timelines and client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Closing Sales deals
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of EPC Projects and Solar Energy industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
