Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and services, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting our IT products and services, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, cloud, infrastructure, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions (SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, etc.). Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or technology solutions selling (freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also be considered). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience in selling SaaS, cloud solutions, managed services, or IT infrastructure. Understanding of software licensing models, IT procurement processes, or enterprise IT environments. KPIs: Sales revenue generated New client acquisition Lead-to-deal conversion ratio Client retention and satisfaction Number of qualified meetings/demos scheduled Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
