Sr. Sales Executive

A sales executive's job description involves generating leads and closing sales to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle, while essential skills are communication, negotiation, and a goal-oriented mindset, supported by product knowledge and CRM proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and contacting new prospects through networking, cold calling, and market research to find potential customers.
• Sales & Presentations: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs, and negotiating contracts to secure sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
• Reporting & CRM: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information within a CRM system and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Event Participation: Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility, generate leads, and network with potential clients.
• Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and support sales initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
