You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Template.net

• Organize and conduct property viewings.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Work closely with other real estate professionals, including brokers, lawyers, and mortgage lenders, to facilitate transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 month of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
