Job Title: Sr. Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager - Industrial Automation / Building Management Systems (BMS)

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai

Experience: 6-12 years

Department: Control Products Division Advanced Automation Business Unit

Reports To: Head Control Product Department

Position Overview:

Sr. Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager - Industrial Automation / Building Management Systems (BMS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    technical support

    to the sales team and customers regarding control products.
  • Conduct

    technical presentations, product demonstrations

    , and explain product features and benefits.
  • Respond to and resolve

    technical queries

    from customers during sales and post-sales stages.
  • Support

    product selection and application engineering

    for customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to

    drive product adoption

    across customer segments and markets.
  • Handle

    technical troubleshooting

    for customers and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with management on

    product promotional activities

    and customer feedback.
  • Work with various

    sales channels

    OEMs, End Users, and Distributors—to promote and position products effectively against competitors.

Product Portfolio:

Products under the Control Products Division include:

  • Gas flow measurement and control products
  • Mass flow meters and controllers
  • Temperature controllers
  • Modulating motors
  • Pressure switches and limit switches
  • Photoelectric and proximity sensors
  • Flame detectors and burner controller assemblies

Customer Segments:

  • Furnace & Oven Manufacturers
  • Machine Manufacturers
  • Automotive Industry
  • Heat Treatment Industry

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
  • Experience: 6-12 years of experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, or application engineering within the industrial automation or instrumentation sector.

  • Strong
