Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (Chiller Services) to promote and drive the sales of Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, executing projects, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining coordination between sales, service, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Promote and sell Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems to target customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end-users. Generate leads, prepare and negotiate offers, and close deals to meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Provide technical and commercial support, guidance, and solutions to clients. Market Engagement Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and expand business networks. Sales Performance Monitoring Review sales data, forecast trends, and work towards achieving quarterly and annual targets. BOQ & Estimation Prepare design-based Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and pricing estimates for client proposals. Project Execution & Supervision Coordinate and oversee project planning, execution, and supervision to ensure timely completion. Commercial Operations Submit invoices on time, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between Sales & Service departments, and between Branch Office & Head Office to streamline operations. Logistics Coordination Coordinate with transporters and ensure smooth execution of loading and unloading activities. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: 4–8 years of sales experience in HVAC, Chiller, or related industry preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Other: Willingness to travel extensively in East & North India.
