Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for chillers and heat pumps in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Build strong relationships with HVAC consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers. Conduct technical presentations and solution selling to clients. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate with the engineering and service team for project execution and customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 4 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC equipment – specifically chillers, heat pumps, or other central plant solutions. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions. Proven track record of B2B sales in the HVAC industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (Chiller Services) to promote and drive the sales of Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, executing projects, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining coordination between sales, service, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Promote and sell Heat Pumps, Scroll Chillers, and Solar Systems to target customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end-users. Generate leads, prepare and negotiate offers, and close deals to meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Provide technical and commercial support, guidance, and solutions to clients. Market Engagement Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and expand business networks. Sales Performance Monitoring Review sales data, forecast trends, and work towards achieving quarterly and annual targets. BOQ & Estimation Prepare design-based Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and pricing estimates for client proposals. Project Execution & Supervision Coordinate and oversee project planning, execution, and supervision to ensure timely completion. Commercial Operations Submit invoices on time, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between Sales & Service departments, and between Branch Office & Head Office to streamline operations. Logistics Coordination Coordinate with transporters and ensure smooth execution of loading and unloading activities. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: 4–8 years of sales experience in HVAC, Chiller, or related industry preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Other: Willingness to travel extensively in East & North India.

Responsibilities: Commission, operate, and maintain screw compressor-based chillers (Bitzer, Hanbell etc.) Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on refrigeration circuits, oil systems, Gas recovery, Vacuumizing and capacity control systems. Knowledge of low-temperature refrigeration applications (e.g., -20C to -50C systems), especially in ammonia-based refrigeration systems, including safety protocols and pressure regulations Work on electrical panels, PLCs (Siemens, MCS, Carel etc.), and integrate control logic for chiller systems. Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Read and interpret P&ID, wiring diagrams, and refrigerant flow schematics. Generate site reports, service logs, and performance audit summaries. Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project closures and escalation. Skills and Competencies: 47 years of hands-on experience with screw compressors and industrial chillers Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, superheat/subcooling, oil management, and evaporator-condenser performance. Proficient in troubleshooting electrical panels, PLC logic, and sensor-actuator calibration Understanding of motor starters, contactors, relays, VFDs, and MCC wiring Comfortable using tools like multimeter, clamp meter, PLC programming software Ability to read and create technical reports and service documentation Willing to travel across India, including short-notice assignments and extended site stays when required
