Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Panel Finance
Experience: 4–5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong exposure to solar panel financing / renewable energy finance. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partners, and achieving sales targets in the solar finance segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of solar panel and renewable energy financing products
Develop and manage relationships with solar EPCs, installers, dealers, and channel partners
Generate business from SME, corporate, and retail segments
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline
Key Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar panel finance / renewable energy finance
Any graduate
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle targets
Location:- Madhyapradesh & Rajasthan
CTC:- 7-12 LPA
