Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales and Service Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra, with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and build a sales order pipeline in the assigned territory to achieve quarterly sales numbers.
Assist Business Partners (dealers) in achieving their quarterly sales quotas and provide regular training on product knowledge and sales pitch.
Conduct Bimonthly meetings with Business Partners to review their order pipeline and resolve any conflicts that may arise during the sales cycle.
Ensure timely collection against booked orders as per defined norms and maintain proper processes for client order loading.
Identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets by promoting products and services, and generate revenue.
Analyze and understand business requirements, customer-value maximization, and develop new profitable business revenue streams.
