Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Lead and manage the sales process from client acquisition to project closure. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B and B2C segments. Understand client requirements and present tailored modular furniture solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Design & Project Management Work closely with the design team to develop functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design concepts. Oversee the preparation of 2D/3D design layouts and client presentations. Ensure design alignment with client expectations, budget, and project timelines. Guide the team on material selection, finishes, and modular design best practices. Coordinate with the production and installation teams for timely execution of projects. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and mentor the sales and design team members. Conduct regular training on design trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end clients. Handle client queries, objections, and feedback in a professional manner. Ensure a seamless customer experience from the first meeting to final installation.
