Role Summary:

As a Resource Manager within Insights Digital Engagement Team, you will be responsible for the effective allocation and utilization of professional services resources across EMEA. This role ensures optimal deployment of internal and third-party resources to meet project demands, maximize ROI, and support high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

6+ years of exp in Resource Management .

Manage centralized resource scheduling and allocation across multiple projects
Collaborate with project managers and team leads to align resource needs with availability
Monitor and report on resource utilization, capacity planning, and demand forecasting
Support workforce planning and maintain a skills inventory
Identify resource gaps and coordinate with third-party suppliers as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes

Key Success Metrics:

High client satisfaction scores
Increased cross-entity resource utilization
Timely and budget-aligned resource deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

Experience in resource and project management
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

Experience working with third-party vendors
Background in professional services or consulting environments
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
