Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Engineering and Manufacturing hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical, operational, and engineering talent across functions such as Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, R&D, EHS, and Sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing roles including Design, Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, EHS, and Sales.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, internal databases, and campus outreach.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic/video interviews, and candidate assessments based on technical skills, functional expertise, and cultural fit.
- Partner with client hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and final closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent for recurring and niche roles.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience within a staffing/consulting firm focused on Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing domains.
- Strong knowledge of engineering job roles, technical skill sets, and plant-level hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing channels – job portals, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting, and databases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate / Post-Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
