Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing roles including Design, Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, EHS, and Sales.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, internal databases, and campus outreach.
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic/video interviews, and candidate assessments based on technical skills, functional expertise, and cultural fit.
• Partner with client hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and final closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent for recurring and niche roles.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience within a staffing/consulting firm focused on Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing domains.
• Strong knowledge of engineering job roles, technical skill sets, and plant-level hiring.
• Proficiency in sourcing channels – job portals, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting, and databases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Graduate / Post-Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
