The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for C2H Hiring
· Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
· Mandatory experience of C2H hiring.
· Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
· Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
· Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
· Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.
· Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
For Recruiter
· 1–3 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in C2H hiring).
· Experience working with client-side hiring teams.
· Good understanding of various IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.
