Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Quality Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in Facets and EDI standards to ensure the highest quality of our healthcare solutions. With a hybrid work model and a focus on innovation you will play a crucial role in enhancing our claims and billing processes. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide efficient and reliable services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee the quality assurance processes for Facets claims and billing systems to ensure seamless operations.
Provide expert analysis and testing of EDI standards to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Develop and implement test strategies that align with project goals and client requirements.
Conduct thorough reviews of system specifications and technical documentation to ensure accuracy.
Utilize automated testing tools to enhance efficiency and coverage of quality assurance activities.
Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and address underlying issues affecting system performance.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards in all quality assurance activities.
Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and processes.
Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Facets claims and billing systems with hands-on experience in quality assurance.
Demonstrate proficiency in EDI standards and their application in healthcare environments.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Have experience in automated testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
Show capability in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Display strong communication skills to facilitate clear and effective information exchange.
Bring a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement in quality assurance practices.
