Job Summary

As a Sr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare solutions. With a focus on Medicare and Medicaid Claims you will leverage your expertise in automation and testing frameworks to enhance our software products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in our quality assurance processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and test scripts to support effective software validation across products and systemsConduct technical analyses to deliver unit testing and automation solutions for software applications system architectures and test toolsExecute both manual and automated API testing including designing and running automated tests using Java Python and Cucumber frameworks in line with industry best practicesReview automation and application code document test results and provide constructive feedback to project teams for quality improvementAcquire and apply indepth knowledge of systems and applications to maximize test coverage and ensure highquality deliverablesMentor and assist junior engineers facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting their technical developmentParticipate in design code test case and application readiness reviews to maintain quality standards and release readinessCollaborate with DevOps and Product teams to integrate quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycleSupport performance load and security testing activities to help validate system reliability and complianceContribute to the development and maintenance of test data management strategies and tools for comprehensive testing scenariosMonitor and report on key quality metrics contributing to datadriven recommendations for process improvementStay informed on new tools and technologies in automation and quality engineering and propose enhancements as appropriateParticipate in root cause analysis of production issues and assist in postmortem reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related fieldStrong experience in automation testing with practical expertise in Java Python and frameworks such as Cucumber Selenium Playwright etcSolid background in both API manual and automation testing including development and maintenance of automation frameworks and test scriptsProficient in reviewing code and test scripts presenting test results and offering actionable feedback to teams4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testingDemonstrated ability to develop solid system and application understanding to support thorough testingExperience mentoring junior engineers and participating in design code test case and application readiness reviewsGood knowledge of SQL functional testing and maintaining automation suitesHandson experience with Agile methodologies CICD pipelines GitHub and Github ActionsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAzure experience most preferrable
