Job Summary

We’re scaling fast and need someone who can take big, messy initiatives and drive them across the finish line. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the glue between strategy and execution, leading cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines don’t slip, and keeping teams accountable without losing sight of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IoT project lifecycles, from planning and proposal development to execution and delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans and ensure alignment across functions.

• Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimations, and resource plans, while tracking financial performance and ROI against targets.

• Establish structured reporting and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into project progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Drive resolution of issues, manage scope changes, and facilitate smooth communication and handovers for optimal client satisfaction.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers or analysts, while contributing insights to inform strategic decisions and project prioritization.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency, predictability, and quality across projects.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in project or program management, ideally with some exposure to IoT, SaaS, hardware, or tech-driven projects.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, within scope and budget.

• Experience in project proposal creation, cost estimation, and resource planning.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.



• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
