Job Description

Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.

Outlining the resources required to successfully complete each project.

Formulating a resource allocation strategy, and utilizing this to distribute work.

Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.

Evaluating each projects effectiveness by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.

Reporting on each projects utility upon the uptake of outputs.

Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.

Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion.

Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and allocate resources accordingly.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget.

Optimize resource utilization and manage resource conflicts.

Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation plans.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

5+ years experience
Possessing a Bachelor s degree in IT Background
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is desirable
