Sr. Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Pinakiin Designs, your role involves taking full responsibility for project management and delivery. You will ensure that project objectives and client expectations are met by providing project leadership. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensuring that all design work and construction activities meet the company's quality standards, design specifications, and client expectations. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact the project to avoid delays or budget overruns. - Negotiating and managing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services meeting required standards. - Preparing detailed reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders to track project progress and ensure transparency and accountability. Qualifications required for this role: - At least 5 years of experience in project management within the building construction industry. - Diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field. - Solid understanding of various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs. - Proven track record of adopting digital tools and technology initiatives. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Capability to work well under pressure and operate independently with minimal supervision.,
