Sr. Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope. - Handle client communications by providing updates and addressing queries. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and project coordinators. - Participate in coding activities (30%-40% hands-on development) to maintain technical quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects. - Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project objectives are met. - Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects. - Strong coding knowledge (30%-40% coding involvement expected) in relevant technologies. - Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong team management, leadership, and mentoring abilities. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools. - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines. - Must be located in Kolkata and available for immediate joining. Preferred: - PMP or relevant project management certification. - Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
