Sr. Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of building construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and handling projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation - Supervising site activities, surveying, and ensuring quality control - Coordinating with clients and consultants to address any discrepancies or issues in drawings and execution - Leading a team of engineers for project meetings and drawing approvals - Creating project schedules and conducting quantity surveying - Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), contracts, and comparative statements - Monitoring construction activities onsite, including RCC, brickwork, plastering, etc. - Ensuring safety and quality compliance at the site - Supervising labor to maintain adherence to methods, quality standards, and safety protocols - Reviewing daily progress reports and adjusting plans as needed Additionally, you will be involved in developing targeted sales strategies to meet company targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
