Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets

- Supervise and train production staff to achieve quality and productivity standards

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products

- Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components

- Develop and implement production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain optimization strategies

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Analyze production data and provide insights to improve production planning and execution

Requirements:

- Proven experience in furniture manufacturing or similar industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management

- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
