Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Design and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and best practices.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
7-8 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production processes, methods, and tools.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
