Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in the lift industry, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of lift systems. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure lifts are functioning correctly and safely.
Diagnose and troubleshoot lift malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to complete lift installations.
Maintain accurate records of service and repair work performed on lifts.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies related to lift operations.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in lift installation, maintenance, or repair.
In-depth knowledge of lift and elevator systems, including hydraulic and traction systems.
Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations pertaining to lift operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems relevant to lift technology.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
