Position: Lift Erector / Elevator Installation Technician

Location: Jaipur / Bikaner / (Add locations as needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lift Erector to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, erection, alignment, and commissioning of elevators as per company standards and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Install elevator components including rails, machine units, cabins, doors, frames, and control panels.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and balancing of the elevator system.
• Conduct testing, trial runs, and commissioning of elevators.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and statutory compliance during installation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Identify installation issues and troubleshoot on-site problems.
• Maintain detailed records of installation progress and material usage.
• Perform post-installation checks and hand over the lift to the maintenance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in lift installation (traction or hydraulic).
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator components and installation processes.
• Ability to read engineering/GA drawings.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to elevator installation.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics.
• Experience working with reputed elevator brands.
• Understanding of AMC and breakdown processes (optional but beneficial).
