Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design processes for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design with product strategy.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (preferably in product-based companies).
Proven experience leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, problem-solving, and innovative interfaces.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics) is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
