Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Controlling & Co-ordinating the entire moving process.
Manage moves on the ground while ensuring complete import & export shipment documentation.
Coordinate with the warehouse in charge, supervisors, and packers.
Negotiate rates with shipping lines & airlines.
Liaison with the carriers, and freight companies on all shipments.
Coordinate all import/export customs procedures with the customs agent.
Responsible for addressing all Customer complaints and offering feasible solutions in consultation with reporting manager.
Must be well informed regarding the latest Customs Rules and regulations for baggage shipments and keep self-abreast with any changes or new requirements in this regard
Must complete and update all information regarding move on RedSky on real-time basis
Keep the clients informed at all times on the current status of their shipments.
Keep Reporting Manager & overseas agent informed about the updated position on all shipments with regular reporting.
Ensuring cost control in operations
Ensure the shortest turnaround time for shipment as per customer convenience.

Education and Background

Candidates should have a recognized qualification for Masters / Bachelors Degree or equivalent level.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in the same role.
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
Should be a self starter
Candidates who can join on immediate basis will be given preference.
