Location: Malad Office, Mumbai
Work Days & Timings: 6 days, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years

Role Purpose

The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, preparing, and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports across sales and finance. The role requires strong expertise in handling large datasets (1,00,000+ line items daily), automating routine reporting, and building dashboards to ensure error-free and timely data-driven insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & revenue MIS reports across Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, and Offline Stores.
• Automate recurring daily reports using Excel, Google Sheets, VBA, Google Apps Script, or Python.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards on Power BI/Tableau for real-time reporting.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into accurate management reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc data analysis, insights, and presentations.
• Track report accuracy and timeliness with 100% compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, E-commerce, Marketing) to ensure data consistency.

Required Skills & Tools

• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (must-have).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/Python for data processing.
• Dashboarding skills in Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Macros, VBA, Google Apps Script).
• Ability to handle large datasets with speed and accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of MIS experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale data.
• Experience in retail/e-commerce MIS preferred but not mandatory.
