Role Overview We are looking for a Video Editor with strong skills in editing reels, ads, and product videos for social media platforms. While the primary focus will be on video editing and motion graphics, the candidate should also have working knowledge of design tools to create static creatives when required. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced content environment and understands the pulse of trending formats. Key Responsibilities · • Edit reels, product videos, ad creatives, and social media videos with engaging storytelling. · • Add motion graphics, animations, captions, and effects to enhance video content. · • Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Website). · • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into final deliverables. · • Support in creating basic static creatives (posters, banners, thumbnails) when required. · • Maintain organized file libraries and templates for reuse and efficiency. · • Keep track of industry trends, viral formats, and editing techniques to boost engagement. Required Skills & Tools · • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. · • Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and optimization. · • Ability to add sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and brand elements. · • Familiarity with AI editing/design tools (CapCut, Runway, MidJourney) is a plus. · • Basic knowledge of static creative design (Canva, Photoshop). Job Description – ERP / Data Entry Executive Department: Operations Reporting To: Operations Head Location: Malad Office / Vasai Office (with travel to factory as required) Work Days & Timings: 6 Days, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined ERP / Data Entry Executive to manage critical business operations in our Absolute ERP/Deskera ERP system. The role will focus on accurate and timely entry of key operational data, including purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, GRNs, delivery challans, and product master data. The ideal candidate will have a garment manufacturing background, strong ERP navigation skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel to support MIS reporting and ensure smooth data flow across Operations, Inventory, Accounts, and Production teams. Key Responsibilities Create and update ERP entries for: Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Work Orders (WO), GRNs, Delivery Challans Master Data: Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entries across multiple ERP modules (Operations, Inventory, Accounts, Production). Generate ERP-based reports (e.g., stock levels, production status, order tracking, vendor performance). Maintain data hygiene and consistency, performing periodic checks for errors or mismatches. Prepare and update daily/weekly MIS reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Act as a backup for ERP-related reports and provide Excel-based tracking whenever required. Support the Operations Head by ensuring ERP is updated in real-time for seamless workflow execution. Required Skills & Tools Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (Absolute ERP/Deskera ERP preferred). Excellent knowledge of ERP navigation for operations, inventory, and production modules. Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables (Power Query/Macros preferred). Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in data entry and reporting. Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and ERP workflows. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP data entry and reporting (preferably in garment manufacturing). Strong understanding of production, inventory, and supply chain processes. Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if ERP expertise is proven). Soft Skills & Traits High accountability for data accuracy and timeliness. Ability to work under deadlines with a disciplined and structured approach. Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams (production, accounts, sales). Proactiveness in identifying errors, gaps, and suggesting corrective actions.
