Job Description

Role Purpose

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels. This role blends design creativity with performance marketing execution, ensuring ads are engaging, trend-driven, and aligned with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create static creatives, video ads, reels, and story formats tailored for paid campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative pipeline – concept → design → edit → deliver.
  • Produce multiple variations for A/B testing to identify winning creatives.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Executive to align creatives with campaign strategy.
  • Stay updated on trending ad formats, content styles, and platform guidelines.
  • Ensure fast turnaround times for creatives to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Provide inputs (preferred) on creative performance based on CTR, ROAS, and engagement.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling for ads.
  • Experience in creating short-form content (reels, story ads, video snippets).
  • Knowledge of fashion/D2C advertising trends.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ad creative design & editing.
  • Prior experience with fashion/D2C brands is a must.
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display, YouTube preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
