Role & responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities Employee Representatives

Relationship Management

Manage relationships with senior trade union representatives and/or members of the works council; act as a spokesperson in key consultations and negotiations.

develop and propose negotiating positions consistent with business objectives.

participate in negotiations to deliver outcomes that meet the objectives and are

consistent with the organization's values.

Internal Client Relationship Management

Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and mobilizing appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in

delivering business strategy and plans.

Employee Relations Case Management

Lead the investigation and resolution of Employee Relations cases, taking personal responsibility for unique, complex and/or highly confidential cases that require deep investigation.

Operational Compliance

Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.

Policies and Procedures Development

Lead the development of policies, procedures, and related guidelines for a significant area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader corporate policy framework.

People Management

Drive higher employee engagement to achieve the organizational goals.

Build talent by encouraging professional development with continuous coaching,

feedback, mentoring, performance management and provide appropriate

training opportunity.

Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team.

Ensure appropriate work environment for the team.

Liasioning & legal compliances

Labour Law & other Legal compliances 100%

Liasioning with different govt authorities like ALC, Dy L C, DISH, MPCB,Labour and other Courts.

Administrative authorises like IAS, IPS

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor / Master degree in Management, Finance or equivalent preferred 15+ yr. experience from manufacturing industry
