Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, including investigation, documentation, and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Oversee union negotiations and management to maintain a positive industrial relations environment.
  • Ensure timely completion of all HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, etc.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to industrial relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Union Management, and Disciplinary Action procedures.
