🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-focused Media Buyer with prior agency experience who has worked with D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a solid understanding of lead generation, ad creatives, and performance optimization. Client communication will be handled from our end — your focus will be on strategy, execution, and results.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Execute high-ROAS lead generation and performance marketing campaigns for D2C brands
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop conversion-focused ad creatives (static, video, UGC)
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and apply data-driven optimizations
• Analyze and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPA
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes and trends to maintain campaign performance

🎓 Requirements:

• 1 – 2.5 years of relevant media buying experience at a digital marketing agency
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and eCommerce
• Proven track record of working with D2C brands and delivering measurable results
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and audience targeting strategies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
