Sales Executive

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pitching, and converting new D2C clients. You will work closely with the strategy and marketing teams to create custom proposals and ensure a smooth handover post-closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate qualified leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Understand the pain points and goals of potential D2C brands and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build customized proposals and quotations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with D2C and marketing trends to have consultative conversations with prospects.
• Represent the agency at networking events, webinars, and industry forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem (e-commerce, consumer behavior, funnel marketing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persuasive.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
