About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead global marketing strategy and category growth for woven apparel.
Build and manage relationships with global buyers, brands, and e-commerce customers.
Identify and tap new markets for overseas production expansion.
Develop business with top fashion retailers through trend-led, sustainable offerings.
Collaborate with Design, PD, and Sourcing teams to deliver innovation and quality.
Plan annual targets, track performance, and ensure profitability.
Represent at global fairs and client meetings.

Candidate Profile

B.Tech in Textile/Apparel or degree in Marketing/Business.
15+ years of leadership in woven apparel marketing.
Expertise in fabric development, fit, construction, and trend alignment.
Direct contact with buyers; strong rapport with key customers.
Proven experience managing USD 50–60 million+ business scale.
Strong negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
Travel is essential; valid passport and visa required.
Strategic mindset with focus on global growth and brand partnerships.
