Junior Brand Executive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business Management (Marketing)
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role or a similar position
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with market research and Indian retail environment
Proficiency with project management & data analysis tools, design and presentation software

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify market trends, understand consumer preferences and do competitive product mapping
Assist senior product managers in managing the product portfolio and defining product requirements
Work with other departments, such as Sales and R&D, to collect data and support product goals
Gather and analyze trade & consumer feedback to inform product improvements and guide future development
Analyze product performance by region, by market, by variant, by pack, by channel.
