Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead brand campaigns, manage content creation, strengthen digital presence, and support demand generation for both India and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Brand Marketing

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Develop storytelling-based posts, reels, scripts, and campaigns aligned with WFJ’s brand voice.
  • Write case studies, success stories, employer branding content, and emailers.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media calendars, engagement strategies, and organic growth plans.
  • Track insights and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Execute campaigns for events, webinars, job fairs, and community initiatives.

3. Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Run targeted campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (basic knowledge required).
  • Support lead generation for recruitment and corporate BD campaigns.
  • Analyze ROI from digital activities and propose improvements.

4. Creative & Visual Communication

  • Coordinate with designers/agencies for creatives, reels, posters, and videos.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, color palettes, and communication consistency.
  • Create presentations, brochures, and marketing decks.

5. Events & Community Marketing

  • Promote HerGrowth community events, HerTalks podcast, speaker sessions, and partnerships.
  • Build engagement funnels for event registrations and community growth.

6. Internal Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Recruitment and BD teams to create client proposals, service brochures, and pitch decks.
  • Support employer branding & candidate engagement campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience

    in marketing, preferably in

    HR, consulting, recruitment, or service-based industries

    .
  • Strong content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of social media trends, reels, and brand communication.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn/Google).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing (basic level).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with insights & dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a sense of aesthetics and brand tone.
