We are looking for a talented Sr.Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies. Coordinating promotional activities & events. Create marketing & communication collaterals, execute and to maintain site branding and site upkeep in line with ongoing campaigns & sustenance period To explore and to execute Events & Exhibition related to real estate industry with schedule Identifying new innovative avenues of communication and media vehicle to be used on corporate and project level To take the feedback from Sales and presales team on leads during campaign & sustenance period Be operationally sound. Coordinate with vendors and inter departments alike To suggest lead generation & branding avenue to digital manager Creating customer testimonial and to implement for enhancing brand equity Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies. Candidates should have Excellent Communication skills.
