About the Project:
Modirealty Developers requires Sales Executives for their under-construction project in western Lines at a prime location with state of art amenities.
Our Requirement:
We require people who can interact with prospective customers, develop links with our channel partners and co-ordinate all sales related work. We are looking for candidates who can learn and grow with the company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
1. Impeccable speaking and presentation skills.
2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
3. Doing outbound calling to convert prospective clients into sales.
4. Assisting & coordinating with site visitors.
5. Working on back-office tasks.
6. Delivering customer-first oriented service always
7. Following up with the clients and pushing sales by generating value
8. Meeting and exceeding sales goals
9. Ensuring prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions.
10. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make
suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
11. Providing after sales services to client & assisting in Home Loans.
12. Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
Job Specifications:
· Preferably Min. Graduate, MBA preferred.
· Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
· Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate.
· Good communication, presentation and retention skills.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, organized at maintaining MIS.
· Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
· A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
· Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Presentable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
