Job Description

This is a Journalistic Plant HR Role, taking care of Plant HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing as per manpower planning, Organization Structure
Assess manpower requirement and workforce allocation to optimize resources
Implement structured onboarding & induction (safety, plant process familiarization).
Identify skill gaps, Build a training calendar and organise various training
Introduce multi-skilling to reduce dependency on limited skill operators.
Soft skills training for supervisors leadership, problem-solving, communication.
and track training hours per employee.
Define KPIs for each role productivity, quality, OEE contribution, safety compliance.
Drive performance appraisal system – linking output, skills, and behavior.
Set up recognition & reward programs for productivity, innovation, and safety.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, contract labor regulation, minimum wages, overtime, PF/ESI.
Grievance redressal mechanism to resolve issues early.
Maintain HRMS modules for attendance, payroll, leave, training, and appraisal.
Ensure real-time workforce analytics (headcount, absenteeism, overtime, skill coverage).
Drive digitization of HR processes for speed and transparency.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Need an Experience of 12+ yrs in a factory environment
2. Graduate with a Postgraduate Qualification / MBA HR

Salary:

Rs. 12 to 15 Lakh/ Per Annum, (Not a constraint for right candidate)
