Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility offers a diverse range of products, including Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes, Spiral/Helical. Job Description: Lead,mentor,and manage the welding team,including engineers,supervisors,and production staff. Should have deep knowledge of Pipe Manufacturing process specifically Welding and its Welding Codes . Additionally should have certification in welding (e.g., CSWIP-3.1, AWS) is an added advantage. Enforce safety protocols to ensure a compliant and safe working environment. Develop and oversee welding schedules to meet production goals and deadlines. Provides technical guidance ,troubleshoot complex welding issues,and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Requirements: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Welding Engineering or related fields. Brings 10+ years of experience in welding technology,with expertise in LSAW manufacturing processes. Has a strong understanding of welding standards (API5L) and advanced welding technologies.
