Purpose of the role
The Senior Manager Recruiting Delivery (RPO) will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for mid and entry-level roles across the organization in partnership with RPO. This role requires building scalable hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring strong alignment with business hiring needs . The position demands strong operational excellence, stakeholder management, partnership and the ability to deliver high-volume hiring while ensuring quality of talent and candidate experience.
This role partners with local and global key stakeholders to bring Talent Acquisition Transformation & Modernization to life at the GIC. The role reports to Head -Talent Acquisition.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Recruitment Delivery & Execution
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and entry-level hiring across the organisation in partnership with RPO.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve hiring processes for scale, speed, and efficiency.
- Enable sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent pools.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce plans and deliver to hiring demand.
- Monitor and drive performance against hiring SLAs and key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
Team Leadership
- Provide Leadership for the team to assimilate and engage with the organisation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers to deliver strong recruiting outcomes.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and build capability for future-ready recruiting delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on hiring needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on talent availability, recruitment trends, and market insights.
Operational Excellence
- Drive process adherence, compliance, and reporting across hiring activities.
- Partner with process excellence and technology teams to ensure effective use of ATS/CRM and recruitment tools.
- Monitor recruiting funnel data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives for entry/mid-level hiring.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- 10 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7 years in leading recruiting delivery teams.
- Proven expertise in managing mid and high-volume hiring for entry-level and mid-level positions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, job boards, and social recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
